This is a great recipe for upping your protein in your diet while also keeping it healthy. I sort of combined a few different recipes that I had found and made this up the way I liked it.
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
4 scoops of choclate protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar substitute
4 eggs
1.5 cups skim milk
1/4 greek yogurt
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
4 bananas
Take all of these ingredients and mix them very well with a mixer. When this is done pour into a greased (non stick cooking spray) 9x11 baking pan and cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
