Smoked oyster dip




Ingredients

2-5 oz cans of smoked oysters
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced onions
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 cup shredded 5 Italian cheese mix
1 cup crushed ritz crackers


Mix together all ingredients other then crackers in small pyrex pan.  Sprinkle ritz crackers over the top and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Dip with crackers or pita chips.
