Cheesy Buttermilk Biscuits




For some reason I only took a picture before I baked them.  Whoops!

Very easy. 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp COLD butter
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice


Mix all the dry ingredients together first.  Then add the COLD butter in chunks.  Next add the buttermilk and cheese.  DO NOT OVER MIX.  (you should have small chunks of butter throughout your batter)  Hand roll out the dough on a floured surface about 1 inch think.  Cut circles out using a glass and place them on a ungreased baking sheet.  Bake for 10-12 minutes till slight brown on the top at 450 degrees.
