Cottage Cheese before bed?


If you are looking to lose fat but not lose muscle, low fat cottage cheese is for you!  While you are dieting and watching every calorie you put in your body, do you worry about losing the muscle that you already have?  This is something I think about all the time.  Casein Protein is a very slow metabolizing form of protein that is found heavily in, you guessed it ....  cottage cheese.  Now if you are dieting and trying to lean up, try eating cottage cheese before you go to bed at night.  While you sleep at night you are not able to eat any meals to help replenish your muscles and keep them fed.   The casein protein in cottage cheese will slowly digest while you sleep and will help you not wake up starving like normal.  You can also buy Casein Protein Powder but who needs that when you can just eat cottage cheese!
