Beer Brats





One main staple in my grilling has always been beer brats.  Very easy and yet oh so  delicious.  The ingredients you will need to make the brats will be.
Fresh Bratwurst
A whole sweet onion
2 cans of beer

Just slice up the onions and place them in a pan with two cans of beer and your brats.  Now simmer them on low heat for 45 minutes.

They are now fully cooked but I always like to grill them for the extra flavor.  After grilling the brats for 10 minutes at medium heat and getting those grill marks on them it is time to submerge them back into the beer and onions on the stove for one last flavoring.  After they are in there for a few minutes go ahead and put them on your bun and add the onions from the beer bath on top, with your favorite condiments of choice!
