Tailgate Tip #1


Kabobs

  • When cooking kabobs dont worry about them looking pretty by mixing the meat and vegies on the same skewer. Separate them out for they all have different cooking times.

    You dont want your pineapple to burn while waiting for the chicken to finish on the same skewer. As you can see in this picture I cooked the chicken first. Then came the steak. Then I put the Vegie Skewers on last while trying to time it all up....


    Also if you spread the grilling items out on the skewer they will get more well done and if you pack them on they will be more rare depending on how you like it
