Baked Muffin Tin Meatballs


  • 3 slices white bread, crust removed and torn into small shreds
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tblsp oregano
  • 2 tblsp basil
  • 1/2 onion chopped fine
Mix all these ingredients together and then roll into small balls and set them in a muffin tin.  The muffin tin works great for keeping the meatballs separate and gives them an even cook in the oven.  Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.  Serve with italian red sauce.

OR

Freeze for a couple hours and then put into your crockpot with a bbq sauce and cook till the balls are hot.
