Pulled pork dip

So this dip isn't for the quick fix type person.  Now you can buy already cooked pulled pork if you want and make the dip that way but wheres the fun in that.  Why not make a homemade BBQ sauce and homemade pulled pork?  The dip part is simple.  Take two packages of cream cheese and spread it across a 9x11 baking pan.  Then slather your pulled pork across the top and top it with Shredded Cheese.  Pop her in the oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

SCRATCH STYLE

BBQ SAUCE FOR MARINADE AND PULLED PORK
Start by sauteing 1 diced onion and 6 diced cloves of garlic in a Large Pot in olive oil.  When the have a good color go ahead and add the rest of these ingredients and then simmer for 30 minutes or so.
2 can tomato paste
2 can water
1 cup of brown sugar
4 tablespoons paprika
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

Now when this is done put it in the freezer or fridge till its cooled.  Then place half the sauce in a ziploc bag with 3-4 pound pork roast.  Place it in the fridge overnight.  The next morning put your roast in the crock pot with the marinade and the rest of your sauce you made the night before.  Cook for 8-10 hours on low til you can shred the pork and BOOM.  You have yourself some BBQ pulled pork for either your dip or sandwiches.
