SMOKED AND BRAISED COUNTRY STYLE RIBS
Step 1: Take your ribs and use your favorite rub to completely coat the outsides. Then put them in the fridge for a few hours allowing the rub to penetrate the meat. I used the following recipe.
Rib Rub
Paprika
Brown Sugar
Chili Powder
Seasoned Salt
Step 2: Place the ribs in tin foil with some apple juice and put them in the oven for a couple hours at 250 degrees.
Step 3: Place them in your smoker for a couple hours at 250 degrees and baste them periodically with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Step 4: ENJOY
