Egg Bake

So I love to make this recipe when I either am having a big family brunch or I have bought way too many eggs at Sams club and need use them up.  LOL.  Here are the ingredients you will need.

14 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 sweet onion
1.5 lbs of pork sausage
5 slices of white bread
1 spoon of salt 
spoon of pepper
2 cups of shredded cheese

Start by browning your pork sausage along with your DICED onion in a large pan.  While this is browning mix up your 14 eggs and cup of whipping cream.  Add this to a 13x9 baking pan.  Then add your salt and pepper along with one cup of the cheese.  Add the pork and onion mixture after its cooked.  Then crumble the bread and add this as well.  Put in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.  For the last five minutes sprinkle the last cup of shredded cheese over the top.
